EXCLUSIONS

Due to government policies we are unable to ship honey to WA and TAS. 

 

SHIPPING

As we are located in regional Victoria it can take up to 7 days to post your items as we only visit the local town once a week. 

‘Mountainbee Honey’ ships with Australia Post. We apologise however at this time we do not ship Internationally.

Shipping is a capped amount of $9.95 for standard items however for larger orders this is calculated on weight and destination. This will be outlined at checkout.

All consignments are sent with a tracking number, which will be emailed to you when your order has been dispatched.

 

FAULTY ITEMS

Each and every item is packaged with love and care however if the item you have purchased from our online store is faulty please contact us with photos of the damage and we will be happy to arrange a replacement.
